The Seven Campaign is a semester-long (Fall 2007) campaign to encourage faculty, staff and students to engage in the 7 dimensions of wellness. You can win weekly prizes and some incredible grand prizes for participating in fun activities. Here’s your motivation...the chance to win gift cards, restaurant certificates, a hotel stay and more!

This is how it works:

You engage in activities representing the seven dimensions of wellness.
Log on to the seven campaign website (box on right of this page).
Sign-up is easy and free. Enter your ISU ULID and password and simply click on the logon button.
After you are logged in, click on the links at the top of the page to add events, add friends, update your picture, and join discussions about Wellness!
The website will keep track of your weekly and overall points.
You will win your first prize just by signing up! (Please pick up your sign-up prize at 228 Student Services Building.)

Hint: For examples of activities and events within each dimension, click on the dimensions in the left margin.
